摘要
随着城市化进程的不断推进,在20世纪七八十年代建成的一些砌体结构的建筑物已经达到或已经超出设计的使用年限,房屋安全存在隐患。房屋经安全鉴定后存在大量的C_(su)、D_(su)级别房屋需进行加固处理。由于一些客观因素存在,暂缓对C_(su)、D_(su)级别的房屋加固处理。为了了解房屋继续运营的安全状况,本文以城镇老旧建筑物为例,采用人工监测与互联网自动化监测系统相结合进行实时动态监测房屋安全状况,并进行危险险情预警。该系统的应用有效地提高了建筑物安全管理水平。
With the continuous advancement of urbanization in recent years,in the 1970s and 1980s,some buildings with masonry structures have reached or exceeded the designed service life,and there are hidden dangers in housing safety.After safety evaluation,a large number of Csu and Dsu grade houses need to be reinforced.Due to some objective factors,the reinforcement of Csu and Dsu grade houses is postponed.In order to understand the safety status of the continuing operation of the houses,this paper takes the old buildings in cities and towns as an example,and uses the combination of manual monitoring and internet automatic monitoring system to conduct real-time dynamic monitoring of the safety status of the houses and early warning of risks.The application of this system effectively improves the level of building safety management.
