职业教育贯通培养的现状分析及优化策略

摘要 面对国家高质量发展对人才需求的新变化、产业革命对科技发展的新要求、教育强国建设对职业教育高质量发展的新期待,职业教育体系完善、层次上移势在必行。开展贯通培养是完善职业教育人才培养体系的一项重大举措,是丰富中国特色现代职业教育体系内涵、促进职普横向沟通纵向衔接、实现学生多路径成才的重要渠道。聚焦“3+4”贯通培养项目,通过对其实施基本情况的梳理,在剖析项目实施亟须解决问题的基础上,从顶层设计、实践机制、多元参与等方面对新发展背景下“3+4”贯通培养项目继续顺利开展提供新的思路。 In the face of the new changes in the demand for talents in the country’s high-quality development,the new requirements of the industrial revolution for the development of science and technology,and the new expectations of the construction of an education power for the high-quality development of vocational education,it is imperative to improve the vocational education system and move up the level.Carrying out integrated talents cultivating is a major measure to improve the talent cultivating system of vocational education.It is an important channel to enrich the connotation of modern vocational education system with Chinese characteristics,promote the horizontal communication between vocational and general education,and realize the development of students by multi-path.Focusing on the“3+4”integrated talents cultivating,this paper provides new development ideas for the smooth development of the“3+4”integrated talents cultivating under the new development background from the aspects of top-level design,practical mechanism and multiple participation on the basis of analyzing the urgent need to solve the problems in the implementation of the project.
