摘要
随着生成式人工智能的爆发,教育领域迎来了前所未有的变革和机遇。基于对生成式人工智能赋能教育的深入分析,结合“校企双元”教育生态系统要素及运行过程、运行演化规律,遵循“需求识别—价值共创—协作强化—系统优化”的逻辑,提出基于生成式人工智能的“校企双元”教育生态系统运行机制,包含技需匹配机制、价值共创机制、协同合作机制、质效监控机制四个子机制。四个子机制构成了一个互相支撑、相互促进的动态交互体系,不仅推动了职业教育内容与产业需求的紧密结合,也为学生提供了更多实践机会和职业发展路径。通过生成式人工智能技术的应用,在不断变化的环境中持续优化“校企双元”教育生态系统。
With the outbreak of generative artificial intelligence,the education sector ushered in unprecedented changes and opportunities.Based on the in-depth analysis of the empowerment of education through generative artificial intelligence,combined with the elements,operation process,and evolution laws of the"school enterprise dual"education ecosystem,following the logic of"demand identification—value co-creation—collaboration strengthening—system optimization",a"school enterprise dual"education ecosystem operation mechanism based on generative artificial intelligence is proposed,which includes four sub mechanisms:technology demand matching mechanism,value co-creation mechanism,collaborative cooperation mechanism,and quality and efficiency monitoring mechanism.The four sub mechanisms constitute a dynamic interactive system that supports and promotes each other.They not only promote the close integration of vocational education content and industry demand,but also provide students with more practical opportunities and career development paths.Through the application of generative artificial intelligence technology,the"school enterprise dual"education ecosystem is continuously optimized in a constantly changing environment.
