中国式教育现代化背景下的社区家庭教育:理论与方法

Community Family Education within the Context of ModernizingChinese Educational Theory and Methodology

注重家庭家教家风建设,构建覆盖城乡的家庭教育指导服务体系,健全校家社协同育人机制,是推进中国式教育现代化的重要维度,社区家庭教育则是其中的重要环节。社区家庭教育以指导、支持、服务三种形态理念开展工作,旨在促进儿童成长和家庭建设,进而实现社区繁荣和社会发展。本文尝试构建简易和综合两种框架模型以评价监测社区家庭教育能力成效,并基于评价框架提出高质量推进社区家庭教育的策略与路径:在目标上通过融合提升建设“家庭友好型社区”,在策略上采用赋能取向的渐进社区实务模式,在动力上激发社家校协同,在载体上强化社区家长学校主阵地建设。

Focusing on the construction of family education and family ethics,establishing a comprehensive family education guidance service system that covers both urban and rural areas,and improving the mechanism of school-family-society collaboration in education are crucial dimensions for promoting the modernization of Chinese education.Community family education plays a vital role in this process.It is implemented based on the principles of guidance,support,and service,with the aim of promoting children's growth and family development,thereby achieving community prosperity and social development.Two framework models are proposed to evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of community family education capabilities with simple and comprehensive models.Based on the evaluation framework,it suggests the direction for promoting high-quality community family education:focusing on creating a"family-friendly community"as the ultimate goal,adopting a progressive community practice model with an empowerment orientation in strategies,motivating community-familyschool collaboration,and strengthening the construction of community parent schools as the primary platform.
