中西医结合法治疗小儿阑尾周围脓肿的疗效

Effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on periappendiceal abscess in children

目的:探究中西医结合法治疗小儿阑尾周围脓肿的临床疗效。方法:选取161例阑尾周围脓肿患儿作为研究对象,根据不同治疗方案分为西医组(n=82)及中西医结合组(n=79)。西医组患儿予以西医常规治疗;中西医结合组在西医组治疗的基础上应用中药外敷治疗。比较两组患儿的临床疗效、不同时间点空腹静脉血中白细胞(WBC)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)及腹腔脓肿直径的变化情况。结果:中西医结合组的总体有效率为89.87%,高于西医组的71.95%(P<0.05)。治疗3、7、14 d后,两组WBC均降低,且中西医结合组低于西医组(P<0.05);治疗3、7、14 d后,两组CRP均降低,且治疗7、14 d后中西医结合组低于西医组(P<0.05)。中西医结合组腹腔脓肿直径小于西医组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗小儿阑尾周围脓肿较常规的西医治疗更加有效,安全性高,值得在临床推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of periappendiceal abscess in children.Methods:161 children with periappendiceal abscess were divided into Western medicine group(n=82)and integrated Chinese and western medicine group(n=79)according to different treatment methods.The children in the western medicine group were treated by conventional Western medicine,while the integrated Chinese and Western medicine group was treated by external application of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the Western medicine group.The clinical efficacy,white blood cells(WBC)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in fasting venous blood,and the change of diameter of abdominal abscess of the two groups were compared at different time points.Results:The overall effective rate of integrated Chinese and western medicine group was 89.87%,which was higher than that of Western medicine group(71.95%)(P<0.05).After treatment for 3,7,and 14 days,WBC decreased in both groups,and the integrated Chinese and western medicine group was lower than the Western medicine group(P<0.05).After treatment for 3,7,and 14 days,CRP decreased in both groups,and after treatment for 7 and 14 days,the integrated Chinese and western medicine group was lower than the Western medicine group(P<0.05).The abdominal abscess of integrated Chinese and Western medicine group was lower than that of Western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Chinese and Western medicine is more effective and safe than the conventional western medicine in the treatment of children s periappendiceal abscess,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
