摘要
随着国土空间规划体系的改革,自然资源系统成为规划的重点,尤其是在生态脆弱的北方山林地区。文章通过太行浅山都市空间区生态湿地群规划的实践案例,探索最大限度地保护与综合利用都市空间区的生态因子的同时,实现优化城市布局、扩大环境容量和生态空间,以及提升城市区域发展水平的新理念和新方法。通过深入研究太行浅山都市空间区生态湿地群的特点和功能,确定保护性建设的重点区域和方向,进行生态功能区划分,设立生态控制区,夯实生态保护基础,合理配置资源,构建以生态优先为导向的邢台地区独特的绿色生态发展模式,并为浅山都市空间区转型发展的空间平台提供支持。
With the reform of the national spatial planning system,the natural resource system has become a focus of the planning,especially in the ecologically fragile northern mountainous and forested areas.This paper explores the new concepts and methods of optimizing urban layout,expanding environmental capacity and ecological space,and improving the level of urban regional development while maximizing the protection and comprehensive utilization of ecological factors in the urban space zone by conducting in-depth analysis on the practice case of the planning of the ecological wetland cluster in Taihang Shallow Mountain Urban Space Zone.The paper deeply studies the characteristics and functions of the ecological wetland cluster in Taihang Shallow Mountain Urban Space Zone,identifies the key areas and directions for protective construction,divides the ecological functional areas,and establishes the ecological control zones,consolidates the foundation of ecological protection,and allocates the resources reasonably to construct a unique green ecological development model in Xingtai area guided by ecological priority.It provides support for the spatial platform for the transformation and development of Shallow Mountain Urban Space Zone.
