摘要
以某餐饮店铺楼顶的空调室外机冷凝器在运行过程中会产生较高分贝的噪声,超出噪声标准值18.54 dB为例,设计出一种能够满足该冷凝器降噪值的复合隔声罩,并利用混响室法验证了设计出的隔声罩能够满足降噪需求。由于隔声罩外形结构是制约成本的关键因素,于是根据优化设计理论,对隔声罩外形结构进行优化,求出最佳隔声罩尺寸参数为长2 000 mm,宽1 492 mm,高2 011 mm。同时,通过对隔声罩的结构进行模态分析得到隔声罩的前六阶振型图和固有频率,发现其前六阶固有频率均可以避开冷凝器的运行频率,从而避免了两者共振发生。
Take outdoor unit condenser of air conditioning on the roof of a restaurant generates high decibel noise during operation,exceeding the standard noise value of 18.54 dB as an example.A composite sound insulation hood which can meet the noise reduction value of the condenser is designed,and the reverberation chamber method is used to verify that the designed sound insulation hood can meet the noise reduction requirements.As the outer structure of sound insulation cover is the key factor restricting the cost,the outer structure of sound insulation cover is optimized according to the optimization design theory,and the optimal size parameters of sound insulation cover are obtained as 2000 mm long,1492 mm wide and 2011 mm high.At the same time,through the modal analysis of the structure of the sound insulation hood,the first six orders of vibration pattern and natural frequency of the sound insulation hood are obtained.It is found that the first six orders of natural frequency can avoid the operating frequency of the condenser,so as to avoid the occurrence of resonance.
