摘要
两化融合管理体系工作自2013年启动以来,已历经10个年头,取得了丰硕成果,但两化融合的历史使命还远未完成。随着两化融合发展到数字化转型新阶段,两化融合管理体系将如何实现可持续发展和重点开展哪些工作需要人们进行深入的思考。本文从两化融合的重要意义,两化融合的新使命、新要求,两化融合管理体系的核心理念,两化融合管理体系的应用进展和形势展望等维度,对上述问题进行了深度解答:当前正是需要全面、深入融合发展的关键时期,亟须坚持系统观念,以价值为导向,以能力为主线,以数据为驱动,不断完善数字化转型架构和方法,打造两化融合管理体系升级版,从服务企业全面优化产品和业务转向助力企业通过数字化转型加速产品和服务创新,加快产业链供应链协同、新赛道布局和业态转变。
Since its launch in 2013,the Integration of informatization and industrialization management system(the III management system)has gone through 10 years and achieved fruitful results.But the historical mission of the integration of informatization and industrialization(III)is still far from being completed.As the III has developed into a new stage of digital transformation,it is necessary to deeply reflect on how the III management system can achieve sustainable development and what specific work should be focused on.This paper answers the above questions from the perspectives of the important significance,new missions and requirements of the III,as well as the core concepts,application progress,and prospects of the III management system.At present,it is a critical period that requires comprehensive and in-depth integration development.It is essential to adhere to a systematic perspective,be guided by values,prioritize capabilities,and be driven by data.Continuous enhancement of the digital transformation framework and methods is necessary to create an upgraded version of the III management system.Shifting from optimizing products and services of enterprises to assisting enterprises in accelerating product and service innovation through digital transformation,can accelerate industrial chain and supply chain collaboration,new track layout,and business format transformation.
