新型工业化背景下推动甘肃省石化化工产业转型升级的对策研究

Research on Strategies to Promote the Transformation and Upgrading of the Petrochemical and Chemical Industry in Gansu Province Under the Background of New Industrialization

石化化工产业作为甘肃省第一大支柱产业,在国家全面推进新型工业化部署的大背景下,以数字化转型推动全行业高质量发展势在必行。全文基于翔实的行业发展数据,从主要指标、产品产量、项目建设、对外贸易、产业集群、招商引资等多个维度系统总结了甘肃省石化化工行业发展的整体概况,分析了新型工业化发展理念下石化化工产业转型升级的方向和目标,阐述了全行业在推进新型工业化进程中转型升级的路径,提出了以新型工业化发展目标为动力助推石化化工产业转型升级的对策。

As the largest pillar industry in Gansu Province,the petrochemical and chemical industry is imperative to promote the high-quality development of the whole industry through digital transformation in the context of the country's comprehensive promotion of new industrialization.Based on detailed industry development data,this paper systematically summarizes the overall development of petrochemical and chemical industry in Gansu Province from multiple dimensions such as main indicators,product output,project construction,foreign trade,industrial clusters,and investment promotion,and analyzes the direction and goals of the transformation and upgrading of petrochemical and chemical industry under the concept of new industrialization development.This paper expounds the path of transformation and upgrading of the whole industry in the process of promoting new industrialization,and puts forward the countermeasures of promoting the transformation and upgrading of the petrochemical and chemical industry with the development goal of new industrialization as the driving force.
