基于数字化仿真技术的新能源汽车车身轻量化研究

摘要 随着全球环境污染和能源消耗问题的加剧,新能源汽车作为低碳环保的交通工具已经越来越被认可,其产销量也呈现高速增长态势。新能源汽车的轻量化开发可有效减轻汽车重量,减少制动能量消耗,提高续航里程。在过去几十年里,随着计算机技术的快速发展和计算能力的提高,数字化仿真技术也得到了广泛应用和迅速发展。本文主要探讨数字化仿真技术如计算机辅助设计(computer aided design,CAD)、计算机辅助设工程(computer aided engineering,CAE)、虚拟现实等在新能源汽车车身轻量化开发方面的研究思路与过程,对轻量化车身开发及数字化仿真有一定的借鉴和参考意义。 With the intensification of global environmental pollution and energy consumption issues,new energy vehicles have become increasingly recognized as low-carbon and environmentally friendly transportation tools,and their production and sales have also shown rapid growth.The lightweight development of new energy vehicles can effectively reduce vehicle weight,reduce braking energy consumption,and increase driving range.In the past few decades,with the rapid development of computer technology and the improvement of computing power,digital simulation technology has also been widely applied and rapidly developed.This paper mainly explores the research ideas and processes of digital simulation technology such as CAD,CAE,and virtual reality,in the lightweight development of new energy vehicle body,which has certain reference significance for the lightweight body development and digital simulation.
