京津冀区域生产性服务业产业关联分析

An Analysis of the Producer Service Industry Linkages in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

基于中国城市尺度多区域投入产出表,编制京津冀和中国其他地区共14个地区42个部门区域间投入产出表,以区位商、本市和区域间的影响力系数、感应度系数衡量京津冀各部门间的集聚与关联程度,对比分析京津冀地区生产性服务业与其他行业的产业关联。研究发现:北京生产性服务业的集聚程度和服务下游行业的特征更为突出,产业融合程度优于天津和廊坊、保定、承德、秦皇岛等环京津城市,而河北省其他城市生产性服务业与其他行业的融合发展较上述城市均有较大差距。因此,要持续巩固并依托北京、天津的带动作用,发挥河北省内石家庄、廊坊、唐山等城市的领头作用,以助力河北省各城市融入京津冀协同发展和生产性服务业的联动发展与优化升级。

This study compiles input-output tables that include 42 departments in 14 regions of Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei,and other regions of the country based on the multi-regional input-output table of the national urban scale.The article analyzes the industrial correlation between the producer service industry and other industrial sector in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region by calculating the location quotient,city and regional influence coefficient,and the reaction coefficient.It discovers that the degree of agglomeration of producer services and the characteristics of serving downstream industries are more prominent in Beijing.The degree of industrial integration is better than that in Tianjin,Langfang,and the neighboring cities of Beijing and Tianjin,such as Baoding,Chengde,and Qinhuangdao.In contrast,the integration of producer services and other industries in other cities in Hebei Province has a bigger gap than the above cities.Therefore,it is necessary to continue to consolidate and rely on the role of Beijing and Tianjin in driving the economy.At the same time,the cities such as Shijiazhuang,Langfang,and Tangshan in Hebei Province need to play a leading role in helping cities in Hebei Province to integrate into the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei synergistic development and effectively contribute to the linked development and optimization and upgrading of the producer service industry.
