摘要
为解决学校管理过程中存在的人员混乱不清、人员关系更新不及时等问题,南京中医药大学在高校教育信息化快速发展的背景下设计并建设了全量人员中心,将其作为一种新型人员管理模式,进一步实现智慧校园的战略驱动、全员互联,助力学校实现对全校人员的高效统一管理,同时推动高校治理体系的建设与完善,可为其他高校的智慧校园建设提供参考。
In order to solve the problems of personnel confusion and untimely updating of personnel relationships in the school management process,Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine has designed and constructed a full personnel center in the context of the rapid development of educational informatization in universities.As a new type of personnel management mode,it further realizes the strategic drive of Smart Campus and the interconnection of full personnel,helps the school achieve efficient and unified management of all personnel,and promotes the construction and improvement of the university governance system,which can provide reference for the construction of smart campuses in other universities.
