熔体氢含量对铝合金圆铸锭表面气泡缺陷的影响

摘要 在生产实践的基础上,研究了熔体氢含量对6063、7003铝合金圆铸锭表面气泡缺陷的影响。利用光学显微镜观察铸锭表面气泡缺陷的结构,扫描电子显微镜及配备的能谱分析仪分析铸锭表面气泡缺陷的组分。结果显示,铸锭表面气泡缺陷的成分与铝基体的相同。铸锭表面气泡缺陷为熔体凝固析氢引起的熔体溢出行为所致。 The effect of hydrogen content in the melt on surface bubbles of 6063 and 7003 aluminum alloy billets was studied on the basis of production practice.The surface bubble structure was observed through an optical microscope and the bubble components were analyzed with and the equipped energy spectrum analyzer.The results show that the bubble composition is the same as that of the aluminum matrix.The bubble defect on the surface of the billets is caused by the melt overflow behavior introduced by the hydrogen evolution during solidification of aluminum alloy.Reducing hydrogen content in the melt can effectively improue the surface bubble defects of aluminum alloy in production.
