摘要
在400℃和40%的变形量下,以不同轧制速度制备了6061/AZ31/6061复合板。利用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)观察不同轧制速度下6061/AZ31/6061复合板镁层显微组织的变化、界面形貌和元素分布。通过万能拉伸试验机测试以不同速度轧制的复合板的结合强度和力学性能。结果表明,复合板中AZ31/6061界面较为平直、结合良好。随轧制速度的提升,AZ31镁合金层动态再结晶程度逐渐提高,晶粒发生细化,复合板结合强度先上升随后略微下降,屈服强度和抗拉强度逐渐降低,而伸长率逐渐升高。
6061/AZ31/6061 composite plates were prepared at different rolling rates at 400 C and 40%reduction.The microstructure,interface morphology,and element distribution of the magnesium layer in 6061/AZ31/6061 composite plates under different rolling rates were observed with optical microscopy(OM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS).The bonding strength and mechanical properties of composite plates under different rolling rates were tested with universal tensile testing machine.The results indicate that AZ31/6061 interface in composite plates is relatively straight and well bonded.As the rolling rate increases,the dynamic recrystallization of AZ31 magnesium alloy layer gradually increases and the grains become finer.The bonding strength of the composite plate first increases and then slightly decreases,while the yield strength and tensile strength gradually decrease,and the elongation gradually increases.
