摘要
本文介绍了7×××系高Zn铝合金铸态光谱标准样品(块状)研制的工艺流程,样品均匀性取样方法及判定方法,铸态成分标准样品(块状)的组织特点,并对7×××系高Zn铝合金标准样品(块状)赋予化学成分值,确定标准样品定值的可靠性,最终满足使用标准,填补了国内空白,使我国铝合金标准样品的研制又前进了一步。
This article introduces the process flow of developing as-cast standard samples(blocks)for spectrochemical analysis of high-Zn 7×××series aluminum alloys,the sampling method and determination method of sample uniformity,and the microstructure characteristics of as-cast standard samples(blocks)for composition analysis.By assigning chemical composition values to as-cast standard samples(blocks)of high-Zn 7×xx series aluminum alloy,the reliability of the standard sample values was determined,ultimately meeting the usage standards and filling the domestic gap,further advancing the development of aluminum alloy standard samples in China.
