摘要
乡村振兴战略作为我国巩固脱贫攻坚成果的重要部署,探究职业教育与乡村振兴协调发展具有重大意义。研究采用耦合协调度模型和空间自相关模型,从时间与空间两个维度探讨了职业教育与乡村振兴耦合协调发展的时空演化特征。研究结果显示:我国职业教育与乡村振兴的耦合协调度整体上具有一定的提高,但多数省份耦合协调度偏低;从耦合协调度的地区分布来看,东部地区整体协调度等级较高,中部地区表现较为平稳,而东北及西部地区耦合协调度整体较低,但西部具有上升的趋势。就空间格局演化来看,职业教育与乡村振兴在空间上存在显著的集聚效应,呈现“两极化”集聚特征。对此,应加大职业教育经费投入,保障职业教育与乡村振兴耦合协调发展的可持续性;完善职业院校专业设置,创新职业院校与乡村建设的产教融合模式;因地制宜实施差异化提升策略,破解职业教育与乡村振兴耦合协调存在的“两极化”集聚特征。
Rural revitalization strategy, as a crucial implementation to consolidate the achievements of the battle against poverty, it holds significant importance to explore the coordinated development between vocational education and rural revitalization. Employing the coupling coordination degree model and spatial autocorrelation model, this study investigates the spatiotemporal evolution characteristics of the coupling coordination development between vocational education and rural revitalization from both temporal and spatial dimensions. The findings indicate that while there has been an overall improvement in the coupling coordination degree between vocational education and rural revitalization in China, most provinces still exhibit low levels of coordination. In terms of regional distribution, the eastern region demonstrates higher overall level, followed by relatively stable level in the central region and lower degree in the northeastern and western regions. However, the western region shows an upward trend. Regarding spatial pattern evolution, there is a notable agglomeration effect between vocational education and rural revitalization, displaying a "polarization" agglomeration characteristic. To address this issue, it is necessary to increase investment in vocational education to ensure sustainability of coupling coordination development;enhance specialization offerings at vocational colleges while innovating industry-education integration models between vocational colleges and rural construction;implement differentiated promotion strategies tailored to local conditions aimed at resolving the "polarization" agglomeration characteristic within the coupling coordination between vocational education and rural revitalization.
