冲压增程制导炮弹气动特性分析及爬升段优化

摘要 为实现爬升段燃料消耗最少,对巡航式冲压增程制导炮弹进行气动特性分析及弹道/发动机一体化优化。采用工程算法对炮弹进行气动参数计算,综合考虑了发动机与气动、弹道模块的耦合特性,建立了多约束条件下的炮弹弹道优化模型,采用Radau伪谱法对炮弹进行爬升段弹道优化。仿真结果表明,所设计的炮弹外形具有良好的气动特性和操稳特性,优化后爬升段燃料消耗减少了5.7 kg,可为巡航段飞行提供更多燃料。 To achieve the minimum fuel consumption during climb trajectory,the aerodynamic characteristics analysis and integrated optimization design of trajectory/engine for cruise ramjet guided projectile are carried out.This paper uses engineering algorithm to analyze the aerodynamic characteristics of projectile,comprehensively considers the coupling characteristics of engine with aerodynamics and trajectory system,establishes trajectory optimization model of the projectile under multiple constraints.The Radau pseudo-spectral method is used for trajectory optimization of climb phase.The simulation results indicate that designed shape of projectile has good aerodynamic and maneuverability characteristics,and compared with the scheme of only optimizing the angle of attack,the integrated optimization scheme can reduce fuel consumption by 5.7 kg,which can provide more endurance fuel for the cruise phase.
