大长径比弹体非接触合膛测量方法研究

摘要 大长径比弹体机械合膛存在机械损伤,且难以实现竖式测量,为解决以上问题,提出一种非接触卧式合膛测量方法。该方法通过线激光测量仪对弹体局部轮廓进行数据采集,采用最小二乘法对弹体多段轮廓数据拟合,基于拟合的圆心和已知半径构造完整圆轮廓数据,最后采用最远点优先渐进算法对多段定心部构造点进行最小包容圆计算,实现弹体在线卧式测量。对测量装置的原理、方法及组成进行了说明,并对设备的测量误差进行了分析与修正。试验结果表明,采用卧式测量方式,重复定位精度达±0.06 mm,能够满足合膛测量要求。 The chamber gage inspection of the large aspect ratio projectile body has mechanical damage and is difficult to achieve vertical measurement.To solve the above problems,a non-contact horizontal bore measurement method has been proposed.This method collects local contour data of the missile body through a laser profiler,and uses the least squares method to fit the multi-segment contour data of the missile body.Based on the coordinates of Center of fitted Circle and known radius,complete circular contour data is constructed.Finally,the farthest point first progressive algorithm is used to calculate the Smallest Enclosing Circle(SEC)of the multi-segment bourrelet construction points,achieving online horizontal measurement of the missile body.The principle,method,and composition of the measuring equipment were explained,and the measurement errors of the equipment were analyzed and corrected.The experimental results show that using a horizontal measurement method,the repeated positioning accuracy reaches±0.06 mm,which can meet the requirements of chamber gage inspection measurement.
