铝对中锰钢热变形行为的影响

Effects of Aluminum on Hot Deformation Behavior of Medium Manganese Steels

摘要 在Gleeble-1500热/力模拟试验机上对两种Fe-10Mn-0.1C(wt%)和Fe-10Mn-2Al-0.1C(wt%)中锰钢进行了单道次压缩试验,变形温度为900~1100℃、应变速率为0.01~10 s-1。结果表明,在相同热变形条件下,10Mn2Al钢的流变应力高于10Mn钢的。通过对热压缩曲线的分析,建立了两种钢的本构方程,发现10Mn2Al钢的激活能Q约为372.327 kJ/mol,高于10Mn钢(329.697 kJ/mol)。绘制了两种钢的峰值应力和峰值应变对Zener-Hollomon参数的关系曲线,10Mn钢的Zener-Hollomon指数高于10Mn2Al钢。对两种钢动态再结晶的Avrami动力学进行了研究,发现10Mn2Al钢的Avrami时间指数约为2.096,高于10Mn钢的1.986。 The single pass compression experiment of two Fe-10Mn-0.1C(wt%)and Fe-10Mn-2Al-0.1C(wt%)medium-Mn steels were carried in the temperature range of 900-1100℃and strain rate range of 0.01 to 10 s-1 on Gleeble-1500 thermal-mechanical simulator.The results show that the flow stress of 10Mn2Al steel is higher than that of 10Mn steel at the same hot deformation condition.By the analysis of hot compression curve,the constitutive equation is developed for both steels.The activation energy Q about 372.327 kJ/mol for the 10Mn2Al steel is higher than that of the 10Mn steel(329.697 kJ/mol).The dependence of the peak stress and the peak strain on Zener-Hollomon parameter of two steels is plotted.The Zener-Hollomon exponents of the 10Mn steel are higher than that of the 10Mn2Al steel.The Avrami kinetics of dynamic recrystallization of both steels was investigated.The Avrami time exponent is about 2.096 for 10Mn2Al steel,which is higher than that(1.986)for 10Mn steel.
