牵引座耐磨环热处理工艺研究

摘要 对45钢和40CrMn钢进行了淬火及系列温度的回火处理,测定了其硬度与冲击韧性,结合金相组织的观察讨论了回火温度对两种实验钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明:40CrMn钢中由于添加了较多的合金元素,导致碳化物的析出以及基体的回复再结晶过程均变慢,经过650℃回火后才能获得典型的回火索氏体组织;而45钢经600℃回火即可获得相同的效果,650℃回火后则碳化物粗化,导致钢的韧性降低。同时,研究结果也显示,高的合金元素也导致40CrMn钢在550℃存在脆化现象。 45 steel and 40CrMn experimental steel were quenched and tempered at serial temperatures,and then the hardness and impact toughness of 45 steel and 40CrMn steel were measured.Combined with the observations of metallographic microstructure,the effects of tempering temperature on the microstructure and properties of the two steels were discussed.The results show that the precipitation of carbides and the recrystallization of matrix in 40CrMn steel are slowed down due to the addition of more alloying elements,and the typical tempered sorbite can be obtained only after tempering at 650℃,the same effect can be obtained for 45 steel after tempering at 600℃.Tempered at 650℃,the carbide in 45 steel is coarsened and the toughness of steel decreases.At the same time,the results also show that higher alloying elements also lead to the embrittlement of 40CrMn steel at 550℃.
