摘要
针对大型相控阵雷达的天线骨架采用模块化布局的结构特点,开展基于模块化布局和正交试验的天线骨架结构优化设计方法研究。设计子模块惯性矩公式,分析影响天线骨架刚强度的主要因素;对影响天线骨架力学性能的主要因素进行正交试验,得到天线骨架的最优结构参数,为类似体制天线骨架的结构优化设计提供参考。
The antenna framework for large phased array radars adopts modular layout.A method for optimizing the antenna framework structure is designed based on the modular layout and orthogonal experiment.The inertia moment formulas are designed for sub-modules and the main factors that affect the rigidity and intensity of the antenna framework are analyzed.Orthogonal experiments are conducted to analyze the main factors affecting the mechanical performance of the antenna framework to obtain the optimal structural parameters,providing reference for the optimized structural design of the antenna framework with similar systems.
