Dilemma and Development Strategy for Higher Vocational Education under Background of Developing New Quality Productive Forces

新质生产力是社会主义现代化建设的重要动力源。在对新质生产力概念、内涵进行探讨的基础上概括新质生产力的特点。在此基础上审视当下高等职业教育面临的现实困境,包括高职育人理念仍以标准化技能为先,教师团队综合性育人素养有待提升,高职教育产教融合现状不及预期等。提出新质生产力发展背景下高等职业教育的发展策略,主要包括树立“新职教观”,革新高职育人观念;提高“综合素养”,培育新质师资队伍;深化“产学研用”,积极孕育新质人才。

New quality productive forces are important source of power for socialist modern-ization.The paper discussed the concept and connotation of new quality productive forces,summarized the characteristics of new quality productive forces,and analyzed the problems and difficulties in higher vocational education under current situation.It also proposed the development strategy for higher vocational education under this background,which included innovating the talent training concept,enhancing the teaching staff building and improving the talent training quality,etc.
