摘要
随着数字媒体与我们生活的深度融合,数字素养成为现代人日常生活必备的素养,因此,数字素养教育在全球范围内得到了空前重视。然而,目前各国数字素养教育大多聚焦于培养青少年安全有效地使用数字技术的通用技能,对数字素养的社会和文化属性关注不足,致使数字素养教育与青少年实际数字生活缺乏联系,因而难以取得理想的教育效果。以青少年在微博社区中的互动行为为例,提出完整的数字素养内容应包含使用数字技术的通用技能与由具体数字社区的行为规范所规定的社会和文化内涵两个方面。基于这一理解,建议通过拓展与青少年实际数字生活相关的数字素养教育内容,将青少年实际数字生活纳入青少年数字素养发展的“第二课堂”等方式完善青少年数字素养教育。
As digital media has gradually integrated into our daily life,digital literacy becomes an essential competence for children,which has gained worldwide attention unprecedentedly.However,digital literacy education in most countries may mainly focus on the cultivation of young people's mastery of digital technologies in a safe and effective manner,without enough emphasis on the social and cultural attributes of digital literacy.This digital literacy education cannot achieve ideal outcomes as it lacks of connection with young people's actual life.Taken the interactions at the Weibo community as an example,this study identifies that a complete digital literacy should contain two aspects:general skills of using digital technologies and the code of conduct used at digital communities with social and cultural connotation.It then suggests that we should expand the contents of digital literacy education in accordance with young people's real digital life,which should also been included into their classes to improve the current digital literacy education.
