造纸印刷行业作为构建现代产业体系的重要组成部分,低碳高质量发展已成为必然要求。文章探讨了造纸印刷业低碳发展的必要性,分析了造纸印刷行业融合低碳发展的现实困境。给出了造纸印刷产业链协同低碳转型、整省推进印刷造纸可持续发展的体制机制建设、紧盯高端技术实现低碳技术创新、“智能化、数字化、绿色化”升级等七个方面的具体举措,期望助力行业融合可持续发展迈上新的台阶。

The article explores the necessity of low-carbon development in the papermaking and printing industry,analyzes the practical difficulties of integratinglow-carbon development in the papermaking and printing industry.Specific measures have been taken in seven aspects,including the collaborative low-carbon transformation of the papermaking and printing industry chain,the construction of institutional mechanisms for promoting sustainable development of printing and papermaking throughout the province,focusing on high-end technology to achieve low-carbon technological innovation,and upgrading to“intelligent,digital,and green”.It is hoped that these measures will help the industry to achieve a new level of integrated and sustainable development.
