摘要
“十四五”时期,国家面对重大机遇制定新的政策,深化供给侧结构性改革,加强需求侧管理,整体发展形势由高速发展向高质量发展转变,各领域呈现许多新趋势。产业转型升级对劳动者技能素质提出更高的要求,人才培养培训不适应市场需求的现象逐渐显露。针对机械行业要求,研究应用型本科高校如何改进教学模式,以“十四五”环境为背景,结合就业情况,探讨如何依托高等学校为国家培养高水平机械类专业人才。
During the“14th Five-Year Plan”period,the coun-try formulated new policies in the face of major opportunities,deepened supply-side structural reforms,and strengthened demand-side management.The overall development pattern has changed from rapid development to high-quality develop-ment,and many new trends have also appeared in variousfields.Industrial transformation and upgrading also puts for-ward higher requirements on the skill quality of workers.The phenomenon that talent training does not meet the needs of the market has gradually emerged.According to the require-ments of the machinery industry,we discuss how to improve the teaching mode of applied undergraduate colleges and uni-versities.This article is based on the“14th Five-Year Plan”environment,combined with the employment situation,to discuss how to rely on colleges and universities to cultivate high-level mechanical professionals for the country.
