应用型本科院校校外实践教学体系研究

Research on Off-Campus Practical Teaching System in Application-Oriented Undergraduate Colleges

现阶段,高校向应用型转型在高等教育领域稳步进行。为提高应用型高校服务区域经济社会发展的能力,“校行企协同育人”成为其人才培养模式改革的突破口。加强实践教学是实现应用型本科院校人才培养的需要,也是检验高校人才培养成果的重要途径。通过分析高校校外实践教学现状和问题,发现各高校开展校外实践教学活动过度依赖自身已有教学活动模式,缺乏体系,缺少创新。结合校外实践教学的特点,分析应用型本科院校校外实践教学体系应遵循的基本原则,尝试从课程体系、运行模式、管理机制三方面构建应用型本科院校校外实践教学体系,以期促进高校应用型、复合型、创新型人才培养。

The transformation of the colleges to applicationoriented development is developing steadily in the field of higher education at this stage.Strengthening practical teaching is the need to realize cultivating applied talents of application-oriented undergraduate colleges.In addition,it is an elemental way to test the achievements of cultivating talents in colleges.By analyzing the present situations and problems of off-campus practical teaching in colleges,this article finds that the off-campus practical teaching in colleges relies too much on their own existing teaching modes,and lacks of system and innovation.Combining the characteristics of off-campus practice teaching,this article analyses that the application-oriented undergraduate colleges of off-campus practical teaching system should follow the basic principles,and tries to construct the off-campus practical teaching system in application-oriented undergraduate colleges from three aspects,including curriculum system,operation mode and management mechanism,to promote applied,complex and creative talents cultivating of colleges.
