基于课程思政的双师型汽修教师团队建设探索

Exploration of Construction of Double Qualified Automobile Repair Team Based on Ideological and Political Education in Curriculum

“三高四新”是湖南发展的新坐标,“双师型”教师团队建设是职业教育发展的关键。分析“双师型”教师团队现状,并以汽车检测与维修专业的“双师型”教师团队为对象,从课程思政与教师团队的融合、构建“课程思政”+“双师型”高素质教师团队、“三训一赛”培养模式、基于课程思政的综合评价激励机制、“211”社会服务模式五个方面进行探索,形成课程思政与“双师型”教师团队的有机融合,实现高职院校基于课程思政与“双师型”教师相结合的教育新模式,为职业教育改革发展提供有力的师资支撑。

“Three high and four new”is the new coordinate of Hunan’s development,and the construction of“double qualified”teacher team is the key to the development of vocational education.The current situation of“double qualified”teachers is analyzed.Taking the“double qualified”teacher team of Automobile Inspection and Maintenance specialty as the object,it is explored which is from the integration of ideological and political education in curriculum and teacher team,“ideological and political education in curriculum”+“double qualified”high-quality teacher team,the cultivation mode of“three training and one competition”,the comprehensive evaluation and incentive mechanism based on ideological and political education in curriculum,and the“211”social service mode.An organic integration of ideological and political education in curriculum and“dual-qualified”teacher team is formed.It has realized the new educational model of higher vocational colleges based on the combination of ideological and political education in curriculum and“double qualified”teachers,which provided strong teacher support for the reform and development of vocational education.
