高校书院制育人模式人才培养探索与实践——以河南中医药大学为例

Exploration and Practice of Talent Cultivation by Academy System Education Model in Colleges and Universities:Taking Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as Example

随着高等教育大众化的深入推进,现代大学书院制成为一种新时代背景下的通识教育人才培养和管理模式,着重培养全面发展的人才,为建设创新型国家和实施人才强国战略输送大量高质量人才。综述国内较早推行书院制改革的相关高校实践情况和普遍存在的问题,对河南中医药大学书院制育人模式的探索及与之配套的学业导师制、大类招生等改革措施进行论述,以期对提高书院制育人质量提供重要借鉴和指导。

With the popularization of higher education deeping and advancing,the modern university college has become a model for the cultivation and management of general education talents in the context of a new era,focusing on the cultivation of talents for all-round development and the delivery of a large number of high-quality talents for the construction of an innovative country and the strategy of strengthening the country with high-quality talents.This paper summarizes the practice situation and common problems of colleges and universities that implemented the reform of the academy system earlier in China,and discusses the exploration of the educational model of the academy system in Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the accompanying reform measures such as the academic tutor system and large-scale enrollment,in order to provide important reference and guiding significance for improving the quality of academy education.
