某型飞机电磁活门组件工作行程专用测量装置的设计

摘要 为了解决某型飞机电磁活门装配后组件工作行程无法准确测量的技术问题,在分析该电磁活门工作原理和壳体组件装配特点的基础上,设计一种具有开放式测量通道的楔形测量装置,将所设计测量装置安装于电磁活门上,在电磁活门半封闭状态下模拟了电磁活门工作时的组件运动。用该测量装置准确测量了某型飞机电磁活门组件的工作行程。测试结果表明,所设计专用测量装置能够提高某型飞机电磁活门的修理质量,缩短产品修理周期。 In order to solve the technical problem of the inability to accurately measure the working stroke of the valve component after the assembly of a certain electromagnetic valve,by analyzing the working principle and assembly form of the electromagnetic valve housing component,a wedge-shaped measurement channel was proposed to replace the electromagnetic valve housing component installed on the electromagnetic valve.In the semi-closed state of the electromagnetic valve,by simulating the movement of the valve component during the operation of the electromagnetic valve,the working stroke of the electromagnetic valve was accurately measured with the help of measuring tools.The test results showed that,the repair quality of the product was improved,and the repair cycle of the product was shortened.
