基于舆情分析的环境类群体性事件治理路径研究

On the Governance Path of Environmental Mass Incidents Based on Public Opinion Analysis

随着新媒体的发展,网络舆情在环境类群体性事件的发展过程中起到了非常重要的作用,其舆情形成具有表现形式多变性、参与主体多样性、发展趋势突变性等特征。舆情作用是政府、聚集群体、网民相互博弈作用的结果。对环境类群体性事件舆情动态演化过程进行分析,通过探测舆情信息源、监测舆情传播渠道、引导舆情内容、化解冲突爆发、恢复平息事件四个方面提出各个阶段舆情分析治理路径,从而实现有效管控治理。

The role of network public opinion analysis on the control and handling of environmental mass incidents is mainly manifested as the guiding role of network public opinion in the development of incidents,the role of supervision and monitoring of the decision-making and handling of incidents,and the role of summary and reflection after the incident subsides.By summarizing the characteristics of the current public opinion formation of environmental mass incidents,such as changeable manifestations,diversity of participating subjects,and sudden changes in development trends,the dynamic evolution process of environmental mass incidents and the construction principle of public opinion analysis are analyzed,and the governance path of each stage of public opinion analysis is proposed.
