摘要
随着油气勘探开发重心不断向深层—超深层、强复杂地表更复杂领域转移,对于地震勘探采集设备的要求也随之不断提高,特别是单个三维项目的设备投入量已由10年前的万余道快速增长至7、8万道甚至10万道,中东某项目生产采集应用设备数量接近24万道。相同的故障率下,设备基数激增带来故障次数和待工时间不断增加,更加无法满足各种高效采集的日效需求。项目运作单位期望将更多的施工时间投入到激发采集中,如此对采集系统提出的要求就是激发采集之外的工作,如测试、故障排查等等环节“后台化”完成,最终实现地震勘探采集的不间断作业。本文介绍了主流地震仪器厂商实现后台化的一些方式,供技术人员参考。
As the center of gravity of oil and gas exploration and development continues to shift to deep-ultra-deep layers and more complex fields with strong complexity of the surface,the requirements for seismic exploration acquisition equipment have also increased,especially the amount of equipment invested in a single three-dimensional project has increased rapidly from more than 10000 channels 10 years ago to 70000 to 80000,or even 100000 channels,and the number of equipment applied to a project in the Middle East for production acquisition is close to 240000 channels.Under the same failure rate,the proliferation of equipment base brings about the increasing number of failures and standby time,which is even more unable to meet the daily efficiency requirements of various efficient acquisition.The project operation unit expects to devote more construction time to stimulated acquisition,so the requirements put forward to the acquisition system is to stimulate the acquisition of other work,such as testing,troubleshooting and so on,to complete“backgrounding”,and ultimately realize the continuous operation of the seismic exploration and acquisition.This paper introduces some ways for mainstream seismic instrument manufacturers to realize background operation for technicians′reference.
