我国海水淡化利用现状、问题和对策建议

Current situation,problems and suggestions of the seawater desalination and utilization in China

水资源短缺是制约我国经济发展的重要因素。海水淡化水作为常规水源的重要补充,对缓解我国沿海缺水地区和海岛水资源短缺问题具有重要作用。文章在系统分析我国海水淡化相关政策和利用现状的基础上,深入剖析了我国海水淡化利用存在的主要问题,并从顶层设计、宣传教育、科技创新、激励政策等4个方面提出了建议,以促进海水淡化利用。

Water resource shortage is an important factor restricting China's economic development.As an important supplement to conventional water resources,desalinated seawater plays an important role in alleviating water shortage in coastal areas and islands in China.Based on the systematic analysis of the relevant policies and utilization status of seawater desalination in China,this article deeply analyzes the main problems existing in China's seawater desalination and utilization,and puts forward suggestions from the four aspects of top-level design,publicity and education,scientific and technological innovation,and incentive policies to promote the desalination and utilization of seawater.
