采用虚拟同步发电机技术的智能建筑辅助调频

Auxiliary Frequency Regulation for Intelligent Buildings Using Virtual Synchronous Generator Technology

摘要 针对智能建筑的调频资源开发,提出了一种采用虚拟同步发电机(virtual synchronous generator,VSG)技术的智能建筑辅助调频系统。该系统以智能建筑的发电系统和储能系统为虚拟同步发电机提供电源,通过VSG技术对同步发电机有功-频率特性的模拟实现了智能建筑一次调频功能;通过控制智能建筑的运行方式和虚拟同步发电机输出功率实现了智能建筑的二次调频功能;通过智能开关和仪表实现了智能建筑辅助调频资源的整合和实时可视化。最后,构建了单一智能建筑的辅助调频模型,并设计了6个仿真实验。实验结果表明,所提系统具有稳定性和可行性,具有惯量特性,能够提供惯量支撑功率;调频资源响应即时,可在0.5 s内实现稳定输出;切换孤岛运行时,可在1.5 s内实现稳定运行。 To develop frequency regulation resources for intelligent buildings,an auxiliary frequency regulation system using a virtual synchronous generator(VSG)technology is proposed.The system provides power for the virtual synchronous generator with the power generation and energy storage systems of the intelligent building.It realizes the primary frequency regulation function of the intelligent building through a simulation of the synchronous generator active-frequency characteristics by applying VSG technology.The secondary frequency regulation function is performed by controlling the operation mode of the intelligent building and the output power of the virtual synchronous generator.It also integrates the auxiliary frequency regulation resources of the intelligent building and real-time visualization through intelligent switching and instrumentation technology.Finally,an auxiliary frequency regulation model for a single intelligent building is constructed,and six simulation experiments are designed.The experimental results show that the proposed system is stable and feasible,with inertia characteristics,and capable of providing inertia support power.The frequency regulation resource responds instantly and can realize stable output within 0.5 s,and when switching to islanded operation,stable operation can be realized within 1.5 s.
