材料VOC/SVOC散发解析模型及参数测定方法研究

摘要 室内建材和家具散发的挥发性有机物(VOC)及半挥发性有机物(SVOC)对人类健康的影响不容忽视。本文首先建立了材料中VOC及SVOC散发过程的统一解析模型,其有助于实现源/汇特性的统一表征及对污染物的综合控制。并利用混合优化方法来获得模型中的散发关键参数,包括初始可散发浓度C_(0)、扩散系数D_(m)、材料/空气分配系数K_(m)及环境舱表面/空气分配系数K_(s)。基于实木家具中VOC散发的实验数据,以及文献中一种阻燃剂SVOC散发的数据,验证了模型及方法的有效性。此外,还分析了不同温度下SVOC长期散发对材料表面气相浓度(y_(0))的影响规律。结果表明,温度较高或散发时间较长时,用C_(0)代替传统研究中的y_(0)作为散发关键参数更为合适。 The impact of emitted volatile organic compounds(VOC)and semi-volatile organic compounds(SVOC)from indoor building materials and furniture cannot be ignored.This study firstly establishes a unified analytical model to describe the emissions of VOC/SVOC from materials,which is helpful for the achievement of general characterization of source/sink behaviors and the integrated control of pollutants.A hybrid optimization method is used to measure the three key parameters in the model,including the initial emittable concentration(C_(0)),diffusion coefficient(Dm),material/air partition coeficient(K_(m)),and surface/air partition coefficient(K_(m)).Data of VOC emissions from a solid wood furniture and SVOC emissions a fame retardant in literature are used to verify the validity of the model and method.Moreover,the impact of long-term SVOC emission on the gas-phase concentration along the material surface(y_(0))at different temperatures is analyzed.Results indicate that,with the increase of temperature or emission time,it is more appropriate to use C_(0)as a key emission parameter,rather than the widely used y_(0)in prior studies.
