How to Develop New Quality Productive Forces in“Double First--class”Universities

新质生产力的提出,将创新、高效与绿色有机融合,更加注重科技创新的引擎作用,进一步丰富了习近平经济思想的内涵。新质生产力随着科技进步和产业升级而不断演变,成为推动现代社会经济发展的关键要素。国内外高校服务生产力发展的经验证明,高校在新质生产力的发展中扮演着重要角色,特别是“双一流”大学通过人才培养、科技创新和成果转化等多维度服务国家高质量发展,推动社会生产力的跃升。当前,“双一流”大学在服务新质生产力发展上仍面临诸多挑战,需要通过加强顶层设计、完善人才培养体系、提升原始创新能力、强化服务产业能力、深化对外交流合作、推进有组织科研等,更好地在发展新质生产力中发挥引领作用,推动社会全面进步。

The emergence of new quality productive forces,integrating innovation,efficiency,and green practices,places a greater emphasis on the engine of technological innovation,thus further enriching the connotations of Xi Jinping’s Economic Thought.New quality productive forces evolve continuously with technological progress and industrial upgrading,becoming a pivotal element propelling the development of modern socio-economic systems.The experience of domestic and foreign universities serving the development of productive forces has proven that universities play an important role in the development of new productive forces,especially“Double First-class”universities,which serve the high-quality development of the country through multi-dimensional services such as talent cultivation,technological innovation,and scientific research achievement transformation,promoting the leap of social productive forces.Currently,“Double First-class'”universities encounter numerous challenges in serving the development of new quality productive forces.Addressing these challenges requires strengthening top-level design,refining talent cultivation systems,enhancing original innovation capabilities,reinforcing industry-serving capabilities,deepening foreign exchange and cooperation,and advancing organized research endeavors.By doing so,they can better demonstrate their leadership role in developing new quality productive forces,thus propelling comprehensive societal progress.
