中国高等教育话语体系的内涵及建设路径

Connotation and Construction Path of the Discourse System of Chinese Higher Education

话语体系在很大程度上是一个时代的社会面貌及其走向的反映。中国高等教育经历了“以苏为师”话语体系的抉择、“革命化”话语体系的滥觞、“学科化”话语体系的反思、“自主性”话语体系的自省四个阶段,面临着构建自主话语体系的新要求。“谁在说”“说什么”“如何说”是理解话语体系内涵的关键所在。理论与实践之争、本土化与西化之辩反映了话语体系建构的现实境遇和不同立场。坚持高等教育学科化建设、坚持高等教育研究切入实践、坚持高等教育交融互鉴是高等教育话语体系建构的基本路径。

The discourse system largely reflects the social landscape and direction of an era.China's higher education has gone through four stages:the choice of“learning from the Soviet Union”discourse system,the origin of“revolutionary”discourse system,the reflection of“disciplinary”discourse system,and the self-reflection of“autonomy”discourse system.It is facing new requirements for building an independent discourse system.“Who is saying”,“what is saying”,and“how to say”are the key to understanding the connotation of the discourse system.The debate between theory and practice,as well as the debate between localization and westernization,reflect the reality and different positions of discourse system construction.The basic path for constructing the discourse system of higher education is to adhere to the disciplinary construction of higher education,to integrate higher education research into practice,and to promote the integration and mutual learning of higher education.
