摘要
渤海某油田终端FPSO原油处理系统出现油水分离异常,通过对流程状况分析,找出主要原因是流程温度降低、原油组分变化及上游闭排系统废油排放,针对存在的问题,对症下药,采取高温油井提液、两系列原油混掺、闭排泵排放方式优化等措施,最终提高了原油处理效果,保证了下舱原油油品合格。
An abnormal oil-water separation occurred in the terminal FPSO crude oil treatment system of an oilfield in Bohai.Through analysis of the process conditions,it was found that the main reasons were a decrease in process temperature,changes in crude oil composition,and waste oil discharge from the upstream closed drain system.In response to the existing problems,targeted measures were taken,such as high-temperature oil well extraction,mixing of two series of crude oils,and optimization of closed drain pump discharge methods.Ultimately,the crude oil treatment effect was improved,ensuring that the crude oil in the lower hold was qualified.
