“双高计划”是推动我国高等教育发展的一个强大引擎,它为职业院校思政课教师职业能力带来机遇和挑战。针对目前思政课教师职业能力存在教学供给的职业味不浓、综合育人的职业化不深、社会服务的职业情不强等问题,文章围绕双高视域下思政课教师职业能力提升,从学校层面要做好顶层设计,打造综合育人方阵;从教师层面要转换观念,通过做到“三个始终”,注重“三个面向”,培养“三种能力”不断提升职业能力,更好实现为强国建设、民族复兴培养高素质技术技能人才的光荣使命。

The"Double High Plan"is a powerful engine for promoting the development of higher education in China,which brings opportunities and challenges to the professional abilities of ideological and political course teachers in vocational colleges.At present,there are problems with the professional competence of ideological and political course teachers,such as a lack of strong professional taste in teaching supply,a lack of deep professionalization in comprehensive education,and a weak professional sentiment in social services.The article revolves around the improvement of the professional ability of ideological and political course teachers from the perspective of"double high".From the school level,it is necessary to do a good job in top-level design and create a comprehensive education matrix;From the perspective of teachers,we need to change our mindset,focus on the"three aspects",cultivate the"three abilities",and continuously improve our professional abilities,in order to better fulfill our glorious mission of cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents for the construction of a strong country and the rejuvenation of the nation.
