数字化转型背景下高职院校教师数字素养提升的路径研究

Research on Pathways to Enhance Digital Literacy Among Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges in the Context of Digital Transformation

在数字时代,数字技能在教师专业能力发挥的作用日益凸显。面对数字化教育资源匮乏、教育技能欠缺、教育评价缺失等难题,高职院校需破解教师数字能力发展的瓶颈,提升教师队伍的专业素养,关键在于加强高职教师对数字技术的利用,以提升、创新和转变教育教学活动的意识、能力和责任。依据教育部颁布的《教师数字素养》教育行业规范,并结合当前国内的相关学术研究成果,探索提升高职院校教师数字素养的有效路径。

In the digital era,digital competence is increasingly becoming an“enabler”for teachers to effectively harness their professional skills.Faced with challenges such as insufficient digital educational resources,lack of educational skills,and absence of educational assessment,higher vocational colleges must break through the development bottleneck of teachers'digital capabilities and enhance the professional abilities of the teaching staff.The key lies in strengthening the awareness,ability,and responsibility of higher vocational teachers to use digital technology to optimize,innovate,and transform educational and teaching activities.Based on the“Teacher Digital Literacy”educational industry standards issued by the Ministry of Education,and combining current domestic related academic research,this paper proposes pathways to enhance the digital literacy of teachers in higher vocational colleges,including constructing a comprehensive digital training system,promoting the development and construction of digital teaching resources,creating opportunities for digital learning,encouraging digital collaboration and innovative practices,and establishing evaluation and incentive mechanisms.
