摘要
培养“德技并修,知行合一”的高素质技术技能型人才是新时代高职教育的目标。随着社会对心理健康重视程度的提升,高职院校学生的心理健康素养培养成为教育领域的重要议题。研究旨在通过实践活动,探索一种切实有效的高职学生心理健康素养提升模式,强调实践与体验的结合,以促进学生自我认知、情绪管理能力和社会适应能力的全面发展。研究采用案例分析和实证调查的方法,研究成果为高职院校心理健康素养教育提供了新的视角和方法。
It is the goal of higher vocational education in the new era to train high quality technical and technical talents with"combining German and technical skills with knowledge and practice".With the improvement of social attention to mental health,the cultivation of students'mental health quality in higher vocational colleges has become an important issue in the field of education.The purpose of this study is to explore a practical and effective mode of improving vocational students'mental health literacy through practical activities,emphasizing the combination of practice and experience,so as to promote the comprehensive development of students'self-cognition,emotional management ability and social adaptability.Using case analysis and empirical investigation,the research results provide a new perspective and method for mental health literacy education in higher vocational colleges.
