大学生心理健康教育与危机干预已成为当前高校教育管理中的重要工作内容,影响高校人才培养质量,是大学生成长成才的重点、难点以及痛点问题。研究深刻剖析当前辅导员在心理危机事件干预中面临的困境与现状,并针对性地在完善心理危机干预机制、提升辅导员基本能力素养、加强对辅导员心理危机干预的培训、提升家校社会联动的影响力、加强经验总结与反思等五个方面提出具体措施,以期为高职院校辅导员心理危机事件干预工作提供借鉴。

College students'mental health education and crisis intervention has become an important part of education management in colleges and universities,and it is a key,difficult and painful issue that affects the quality of talent cultivation in colleges and universities and the growth and success of college students.This paper deeply analyzes the dilemma and status quo faced by the current counsellors in the psychological crisis intervention,and targeted at improving the psychological crisis intervention mechanism,enhance the basic ability of counsellors,strengthen the training of counsellors in psychological crisis intervention,enhance the influence of the homeschool-social linkage,and strengthen the experience of the total summing up and reflection and other five aspects of the specific measures proposed in order to provide a reference for the counsellors of higher vocational colleges and universities to intervene in the psychological crisis events.In order to provide reference for the psychological crisis intervention work of counsellors in higher vocational colleges.
