Under the network environment,publishing or downloading all kinds of work information through information network technology has become an indispensable realistic demand in this era.The protection of copyright in the network environment has been faced with unprecedented severe challenges.Therefore,copyright protection in the network environment needs to be strengthened by overcoming the virtuality of network users,standardizing the operation behavior of network users,especially the duty of care of network service providers.
