校企融合视域下技能大师工作室建设探讨

Discussion on the construction of the Skills Master Studio under the horizon of school enterprise integration

技能大师工作室在当前职业院校推进校企共同育人以及产教深度融合等工作中能够发挥出支撑、辐射与引领的作用。其可以帮助院校解决师资培养以及教学改革方面的问题,也能够满足企业对于技能型精英人才的需求。本文围绕校企融合视域,首先总结了建设技能大师工作室的必要性,而后从机制建设、教师培养、人才培育、社会服务的角度探讨了工作室的建设对策,最后提出了有助于工作室高效运行的保障措施,以此为职业院校参与技能大师工作室建设提供参考思路。

The Skills Master Studio could play a supporting,radiating and leading role in promoting joint education between schools and enterprises,as well as deep integration of industry and education in current vocational colleges.It could help universities solve problems in teacher training and teaching reform.It could also meet the needs of enterprises for skilled elite talents.This article revolves around the horizon of school enterprise integration.Firstly,the necessity of building a the Skills Master Studio was summarized.Then,the construction strategies of the studio were explored from the perspectives of mechanism construction,teacher training,talent cultivation and social services.Finally,the safeguard measures were proposed to ensure the efficient operation of the studio.This provides reference ideas for the vocational colleges to participate in the construction of the skill master studios.
