省道224线二治公路钢—混组合梁应用分析

摘要 青海省S224线二治公路位于青海省玉树藏族自治州治多县境内,地处青藏高原多年冻土地带。传统混凝土梁桥由于现场施工条件限制,相较于平原地区桥梁建设不仅在人力、机具有较大差异导致施工速度缓慢,而且桥梁结构物极易受到冻融循环作用的影响,同时由于桥梁下部结构周边的冻土出现不均匀沉降,结构安全也会受到不同程度的威胁。中小跨径的钢—混凝土组合梁能快速拼装施工,并充分发挥钢材与混凝土各自的优势,具有较好的耐久性。依托青海省省道224线二道沟兵站至治多县公路工程,分析钢—混凝土组合梁在高寒高海拔的应用情况,为以后类似工程提供相关技术支撑。 Qinghai S224 Line Two Zhi highway is located in Zhiduo County,Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture,Qinghai Province,located in the permafrost zone of the Tibetan Plateau.Due to the limitations of site construction conditions,traditional concrete beam Bridges not only have a slow construction speed compared with bridge construction in plain area due to the great differences in manpower and machinery,but also the bridge structures are easily affected by the freeze-thaw cycle.At the same time,the structural safety will be threatened to different degrees due to the uneven setlement of frozen soil around the bridge substructure.Small and medium span steel-concrete composite beams can be assembled quickly,and give full play to the advantages of steel and concrete,and have good durability.Based on the highway project from Erdaogou Military Station to Zhiduo County of Provincial Highway Line 224 in Qinghai Province,this paper analyzes the application of steel-concrete composite beams in high cold and high altitude,and provides relevant technical support for similar projects in the future.
