林下经济发展与森林生态产品价值实现:理论逻辑与实践路径

Non-timber Forest-based Economy Development and Forest Ecological Product Value Realization:Theoretical Logic and Practical Paths

林下经济高质量发展对于满足人民群众日益增长的优质生态产品需要,以及应对气候变化带来的挑战具有重要的作用。森林生态产品价值实现和林下经济发展是构建林草产业体系的重要内容,两者之间存在互为表里、互相印证,相互支撑、相互促进的共生关系。当前林下经济发展与森林生态产品价值实现之间存在的逻辑关系及其实践路径尚未得到系统总结。基于此,文中梳理了林下经济发展与森林生态产品价值实现的理论逻辑关系,明确提出发展林下经济是促进森林生态产品价值实现的重要途径,同时森林生态产品价值实现依赖于林下经济的高质量发展;总结了通过4种不同林下经济发展模式(林下种植、林下养殖、林下产品采集加工和森林景观利用)促进森林生态产品价值实现的具体路径,以期为进一步推动森林生态产品价值实现提供参考和依据。

The high-quality development of non-timber forest-based economy plays an important role in meeting the people’s growing need for high-quality ecological products and addressing the challenges under climate change.The value realization of forest ecological product and the development of non-timber forest-based economy are the important components of forestry and grassland industry system,and they present a symbiotic,complementary,mutually supportive and mutually promoting relationship.At present,the logical relationship between the non-timber forest-based economy development and forest ecological product value realization and the paths to achieve the relationship have not been systematically summarized.This paper reviews the theoretical and logical relationship,and clearly put forward that the non-timber forest-based economy is an important way to promote the value realization of forest ecological product,and at the same time,the value realization of forest ecological products relies on the high-quality development of non-timber forest-based economy.It summarizes the four different development modes of non-timber forest-based economy,i.e.,understorey planting,understorey raising,non-timber forest products collection and processing,and forest landscape utilization,and proposes the specific paths to the value realization of forest ecological products under each mode.The study aims to provide references for further promoting the value realization of forest ecological product.
