摘要
目的探讨中药有效成分穿心莲内酯对角膜镰刀菌生物膜形成及其黏附能力的影响。方法采用结晶紫染色法评估不同浓度穿心莲内酯作用下临床多重耐药角膜镰刀菌株的初始黏附及生物膜形成能力。结果与未加药对照组相比,培养2 h、4 h,抑制50%的镰刀菌孢子黏附的穿心莲内酯浓度分别为64、512μg/mL;培养24 h,角膜镰刀菌表现出强生物膜形成能力,穿心莲内酯在2048μg/mL下可抑制其50%的生物膜形成。结论穿心莲内酯可显著抑制角膜镰刀菌的初始黏附,并对其生物膜形成有一定的抑制作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of andrographolide on the biofilm formation and adhesion ability of Fusarium keratoplasticum.Methods The crystal violet assay was performed to determine the effect of andrographolide on the biofilm formation and adhesion ability ofclinical multidrug-resistant Fusarium keratoplasticum.Results Compared with the blank control group,the 50%inhibitory effects on the adhesion of Fusarium keratoplasticum by andrographolide were observed at 64μg/mL for 2 h-incubating time and 512μg/mL for 4 h-incubating time,respectively.The Fusarium keratoplasticum strain had a strong biofilm-formation ability after incubating 24 h at 37℃.At the concentration of 2048μg/mL,andrographolide could inhibit 50%of the biofilm formation.Conclusions Andrographolide can inhibit the initial adhesion significantly and display certain activity against the biofilm formation of Fusarium keratoplasticum.
