阿萨希毛孢子菌致重症肺炎病例报道3例并文献复习

Three cases of severe pneumonia caused by Trichosporon asahii and literature review

阿萨希毛孢子菌可引起浅表性感染和侵袭性感染,在免疫功能低下的患者中导致严重甚至致命的感染。我院收治3例阿萨希毛孢子菌导致肺部感染的患者,行支气管镜检查,送检肺泡灌洗液,明确患者均感染该菌,在治疗上给予伏立康唑治疗,但病情进一步恶化,最终因全身多脏器功能衰竭死亡。我国关于该菌的报道仍较少,本案例的报道有助于对阿萨希毛孢子感染提供临床诊疗思路及方案。

Trichosporon asahii,which can cause superficial and invasive infections,primarily affecting immunocompromised hosts with potentially fatal consequences.Three cases of pulmonary infection caused by Trichosporon asahii in patients with immune dysfunction were reported.Three patients were treated with voriconazole and eventually dying of systemic multiple organ failure.
