摘要
传统开放手术治疗主动脉疾病患者,尤其是在累及弓部及弓上分支的情况下,患者并发症发生率及死亡率较高。胸主动脉血管腔内修复术(TEVAR)是主动脉弓部疾病患者的首选治疗方式。在3D打印技术的支持下,进行覆膜支架体外预开窗技术,有助于TEVAR术中的准确定位,患者围术期并发症少且术后恢复快。本文将详细介绍覆膜支架体外预开窗技术治疗主动脉弓部疾病的详细操作步骤。
Patients with aortic disease who undergo traditional open surgery,especially when involving the arch and supra-arch branches,have a high rate of complications and mortality.Thoracic endovascular aortic repair(TEVAR)is the preferred treatment for patients with aortic arch disease.With the support of 3D printing technology,the in vitro pre-fenestration technique for covered stents can help with accurate positioning during TEVAR surgery,resulting in fewer perioperative complications and faster postoperative recovery.This article will provide a detailed introduction to the operational steps of treating aortic arch disease using the in vitro pre-fenestration technique for covered stents.
