大连图书馆大谷文库所藏明清小说研究述论

A Research Review of the Study of Ming and Qing Novels in the Otani Collection of the Dalian Library

大连图书馆大谷文库来源于日本西本愿寺宗主大谷光瑞旧藏,由于其中的明清小说数量庞大、版本稀见,一直备受学者关注,研究成果大致分为如下几方面。首先,它被学术界发现,得益于近代以来“中国文学史”等学科草创时期广泛的版本调查与目录编纂。近年来,文学文献研究者进一步整理这批藏书,并对不少小说版本研究多有推进。再次,这批藏书在日军侵华时期被大谷光瑞寄存并捐赠给“满铁”大连图书馆,其中涉及了大量历史细节。最后,大谷文库中的通俗小说可以追述至江户晚期西本愿寺的写字台文库藏书,反映出了当时日本僧人对小说的阅读兴趣。

The Dalian Library's Otani Collection,deriving from the former collection of Otani Kozui,the patriarch of the Nishi Hongan-ji Temple in Japan,which has been attracting much attention from scholars due to the large number of Ming and Qing novels and the rare editions,and the research results are roughly categorized into several key areas.Initially,it gained attention from the academic community thanks to the extensive surveys and meticulous compilation of editions during the formative stages of these disciplines such as history of Chinese literature in the modern times.In recent years,literary scholars have further organized this collection and made significant progress in the study of many novel editions.Moreover,this collection was deposited and subsequently donated to the Manchukuo Dalian Library by Otani Kozui during the Japanese invasion of China,involving considerable historical details.Lastly,the popular novels in the Otani Collection can be traced back to the literary repository of the Nishi Hongan-ji temple's Shaji Dai Bunko in the late Edo period,reflecting the interest of Japanese monks in novel reading at that time.
