摘要 建筑信息模型(BIM)在绿色建筑领域的作用越来越受到重视。本文探讨了BIM在建筑全寿命期中的应用,包括节能设计、可持续材料选择、施工和项目管理以及建筑运营和维护。通过深入分析和具体案例研究,我们量化了BIM技术在降低建筑环境足迹、提高可持续性以及经济效益方面的潜在影响。本文强调了BIM作为可持续建筑实践的关键工具,为建筑行业迈向更环保、高效和可持续的未来提供了指导。 The role of Building Information Modeling(BIM)in the field of green buildings is receiving increasing attention.This article explores the application of BIM throughout the entire lifecycle of buildings,including energy-saving design,sustainable material selection,construction and project management,as well as building operation and maintenance.Through in-depth analysis and specific case studies,we quantified the potential impact of BIM technology in reducing building environmental footprint,improving sustainability,and economic benefits.This article emphasizes BIM as a key tool for sustainable building practices,providing guidance for the construction industry to move towards a more environmentally friendly,efficient,and sustainable future.
